The project:

A traditional build development of 42x new homes. Consisting of houses (semi detached and detached) and apartments.

The role:

Your role will involve but not be limited to:

* Designing, installing, repairing and maintaining electrical systems

* Reading and interpreting blueprints, diagrams, and technical specifications

* Inspecting and troubleshooting electrical components and issues

* Working with different tools, equipment, and safety regulations

* Documenting and reporting repairs and modifications

* Collaborating with architects, contractors, clients, and other electricians

About you:

* Have the correct CITB qualifications for the position (CSCS Card, EMS, SMSTS, First Aid at Work)

* Experience working on a similar scheme would be preferable, but not essential

* Strong organisational and time management skills
