Location: Guildford (free parking on site / 5 minute walk from Guildford main train station)

My client is looking for an enthusiastic and hard-working customer service expert who can work in their fast-paced Sales & Support department. You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with new and existing customers on a daily basis.
You must have excellent communication abilities and be willing to learn the more technical side of the business to enable you to gain valuable product knowledge.
The company has an upbeat working environment and a great atmosphere. You must be a team player who has good initiative and is willing to assist colleagues and other departments as and when required.
Overview
To understand the customers needs and support them with tailored solutions, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
To deal with customer enquiries via email, phone and social media
To develop and maintain long-term customer relationships whilst recognising growth opportunities
To recommend and upsell products
To develop product knowledge to best advise customers
Previous office experience is not essential – we are looking for the right candidate with the right personal attributes and willingness to learn and develop
