Job Title: Technical Sales Manager
Location: UK (Home-based)
Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 + Uncapped Bonus (£20,000 - £40,000 OTE)

The Role:
As the Technical Sales Manager, you will:
Leverage your technical knowledge to sell our solutions to clients in Defence, Aerospace, Automotive, Power Generation, and Manufacturing.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and technical stakeholders.
Understand and interpret engineering drawings and specifications to provide tailored solutions.
Work closely with the engineering and production teams to ensure customer needs are met.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, ensuring long-term growth.
Travel internationally and within the UK to meet clients, with occasional overnight stays.
Key Requirements:
5+ years of experience in engineering, ideally within sales or customer-facing roles.
Proven track record of selling into Defence, Aerospace, Manufacturing, or Automotive industries.
Ability to understand and interpret engineering drawings.
Strong negotiation and communication skills with a solution-focused mindset.
Engineering qualifications such as a degree are preferred but not essential.
Willingness to travel both domestically and internationally as required.
