A wine distributor located in North London is looking for a switched on and organised Administrator to join their growing team
The client is looking for someone who can focus on order processing for UK and Export orders.
Administrator duties:
Servicing export orders (including, but not limited to, liaising with freight forwarders and generating export paperwork).
* Managing customer queries on a daily basis
* Entering orders onto system accurately and emailing to warehouse / supplier where required
* Checking accurate delivery of orders and invoicing them accordingly
* Answering customer queries via e-mail and phone calls.
* Sending samples using a selection of courier services
* Various ad-hoc administrative duties
Administrator specification:
* Have customer service experience – communicating by email and the phone
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Have experience in managing customer queries on a daily basis
* Having logistics experience or understanding is a benefit
* To have experience using Microsoft – word, PDF, Excel, outlook
* Experience using Microsoft Dynamics would be a strong plus
