Talent Acquisition Partner vacancy for a globally operating Baden based company in the Energy sector.
Your tasks:
- Managing the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing and candidate selection to interviews, reference checks, and offer negotiations
- Partnering with HR Business Partners and business leaders to understand talent needs and challenges across different units
- Developing and nurturing external talent pipelines in collaboration with our active sourcing team to ensure a steady flow of top-tier candidates
- Coordinating with HR Operations to ensure a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers, from job postings to interview scheduling and offer processing
- Screen and interview potential candidates, providing a top-notch candidate experience from start to finish
- Acting as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders, providing insights and recommendations on talent acquisition strategies and supporting continuous improvement initiatives
Your experience/knowledge:
- Demonstrated experience in in-house full-cycle recruitment, ideally in an international Matrix environment
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems and experience in leveraging various sourcing tools and techniques, such as LinkedIn Recruiter
- Strong understanding of workforce planning and succession strategies to meet both current and future organizational needs
- Familiarity with employment law and best hiring practices
- University degree in Economics, Psychology, HR or a related field
- Language skills: English and German - fluent verbally and written, French would be advantageous

- Excellent comprehension skills with attention to detail
- A high degree of self-organisation and time management
- Analytical and solution-orientated thinking
