HR Transformation Manager
We are supporting a global partner of ours in this search for an experience HR Transformation Manager to join their growing IT practice in Zurich, Switzerland.
We are looking for a Manager within our HR Transformation team to join us and support organizations to re-define the way their HR function operates.
Role/Responsibilities:
- 4-5 years of professional experience in a HR Transformation, HR Operations or HR Generalist position and experience within a Management Consulting firm.
- Experience within Consulting is must.
- Deep understanding of HR Transformation projects, including reorganizations within the HR function, HR Process optimization, HCM implementation projects, implementation of a HR shared service center or similar.
- Design and deliver strategies and solutions to improve processes, systems, and organizational set-up of HR functions to meet business objectives.
- Produce and propose solutions to improve the organization of various HR teams.
- Support HR organizations in improving the efficiency and quality of their shared services, the strategic partnership of their HRBPs and the innovation of the CoEs.
- Drive the streamlining and simplification of HR processes (including hire-to-retire and all talent related processes).
- Strong communication skills.
