Sales Support Executive
Salary: £22K - £26,000
HQ - Wetherby, North Yorkshire - Office based
The role
The role is assisting the sales teams in processing contracts ensuring vendors are provided with the information and support they require to successfully complete the sale / contract.
Skills required:
Excellent telephone manner and ability to build rapport.
Excellent organisation skills and attention to detail
Ability to prioritise tasks and remain calm under pressure.
Excellent problem-solving skills
Computer literate
Proactive
High levels of customer service
Key Responsibilities:
Provide customer support.
Help with ID verification
Help with sales team administration.
Client Update Calls
Ensure reports are returned in a speedy manner.
Chase and follow up outstanding urgent reports
Update the team managers on the progress of each file.
Upload information onto inhouse software
Liaise with all departments within the business and deliver efficient service.
Any ad hoc requests made by the management team
