About the role:

We are looking for a passionate Part-Time KS2 Teacher to join our dedicated team on a part-time basis (3 days per week). This role is ideal for someone seeking to make a meaningful impact on young learners while enjoying the flexibility of a part-time schedule. This position is available due to the exciting expansion of our teaching team, as we aim to enhance our student experience and provide tailored learning opportunities. The class size is 20-25 students, allowing for personalized attention and an engaging learning environment.

Application Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.

• Strong knowledge of the KS2 curriculum and assessment frameworks.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with students, parents, and colleagues.

• A passion for fostering a love of learning and supporting diverse learners, including those with special educational needs.

• Experience in differentiated instruction and classroom management techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

• Planning and delivering engaging lessons that align with the national curriculum.

• Assessing and monitoring student progress, providing feedback to support their development.

• Creating a positive classroom environment that promotes respect, inclusion, and enthusiasm for learning.

• Collaborating with other staff members to enhance the educational experience for all students.

• Supporting students with varying needs, including those requiring additional assistance.
