The Operations Manager will be responsible for leading store teams through the day-to-day Retail focuses and delivering the Retail Strategy, focusing on commercial & operational excellence, customer & store experience, and creating the best place to work. You will always be looking for ways to drive continuous improvement and initiate new ways of working.

As an Assistant Store Manager You will:

Inspire your team to drive sales growth through excellent people management and inspire the team to hit KPI's.
Take Leadership of the store and ensure effective floor Management
Maintain incredibly high standards of visual merchandising
Lead on Merchandising in line with brand guidelines.
Oversea people development programmes for you teams.
