The project:
A traditional build development of 42x new homes. Consisting of houses (semi detached and detached).
The role:
Your role will involve but not be limited to:
* Measuring, cutting, shaping and smoothing wood and other materials according to specifications
* Constructing and installing frameworks, furniture, cabinets, windows, doors, roofs and other structures
* Reading blueprints, drawings and sketches to grasp requirements
* Sourcing materials and preparing estimates
* Performing repairs and renewals
* Working in various areas of construction and helping other trades with woodworking projects
About you:
* Have the correct CITB qualifications (CSCS)
* Experience working on a similar scheme would be preferable, but not essential
* Strong organisational and time management skills
