Overview:

I am looking for a Senior Site Manager to join a huge Tier 1 organisation. As the Senior Site Manager, you'll be working within the Construction team, supporting them in the successful delivery of projects ranging from £5m - £30m.

Location: Essex

Contract: Permanent, Full time

Salary & Package: Leading For the Region

Responsibilities:

Managing the day to day site operations
Ensuring all work is completed safely, on time and within budget
Ensure site records are maintained and kept up to date
Manage site staff
Working on projects valued from £5m to £30m

What are they looking for?

Previous experience as the number 1 lead on site
Full UK driving licence
Previous experience as the Senior Site manager with a regional / national contractor
Hold the relevant certifications: SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid
Experience working on Education, Healthcare, Leisure and Defence schemes
