A small, well established and well-respected multi-disciplinary Construction Consultancy, based near Liverpool Street Station are seeking a Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team.
Having built up an excellent reputation working nationally with a number of blue-chip clients, mainly in the commercial and Retail sectors they are well placed to capitalise on an ever-improving market.
The successful Quantity Surveyor will be joining an organisation founded on the principle of employing the very best people in the industry.
About the role:
The successful Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for (but not limited to):
* Cost estimating
* Managing the tender process
* Valuations
* Regular reporting to our clients
* Facilitating cost control from inception through to completion
* Advise on contracts, warranties, professional appointments and all other legal aspects of projects.
About the requirements of the Quantity Surveyor:
The successful Quantity Surveyor will be a self-starting individual who can work one their own but also as part of a team. You will have strong experience within a consultancy environment.
You will have excellent written and oral communication skills and be computer literate.
About the salary:
* Up to £60,000
* Car allowance in addition to salary
