About the role:
The Head of Marketing will lead the marketing strategy and execution, blending senior leadership with hands-on work. You'll be responsible for driving campaigns across multiple channels, engaging communities and creating high-impact, data-driven strategies. You will play a crucial role in shaping how our brand interacts with users, focusing on customer acquisition, retention and loyalty.
At this level you will:

Have demonstrable experience in a lead or head of marketing role in the technology sector.

Lead the development of a marketing strategy that leverages innovative, data-driven tactics to grow brand awareness and customer engagement.

Be hands-on in executing marketing campaigns across digital channels including social media, email, content marketing and paid advertising.

Develop community engagement strategies tailored to public sector audiences and specialisations, using platforms for Real Time user engagement and targeted customer interaction.

Utilise advanced targeting techniques, segmentations and data analytics to optimise marketing campaigns and maximise ROI.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives and product launches and build propositions and messaging accordingly.

Stay ahead of emerging marketing trends with competitor awareness and analysis, exploring new channels and technologies to keep our strategies competitive.
You'll be responsible for:

Leading marketing strategies that focus on community engagement, user-generated content and Real Time interaction with customers.

Building a vibrant online community, launching virtual and in-person events and driving engagement through interactive content and user participation.

Managing and optimising paid media campaigns, using data insights to continuously refine targeting and messaging.
-
Driving brand awareness through multi-channel campaigns blending digital marketing, content marketing and grassroots initiatives.
-
Brand positioning, guidelines and brand collateral.
-
Monitoring marketing performance using A/B testing, analytics tools and KPIs to measure success and adjust tactics accordingly.

Partnering closely with delivery, design and sales teams to align marketing initiatives with broader business objectives. This includes developing collateral that supports these goals, informed by sales lead generation insights and integrating customer feedback to ensure continuous improvement and relevance.

Overseeing marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximise campaign impact and return on investment.
