Cybersecurity Specialist

Spectrum is seeking highly qualified Cybersecurity Specialist to support our customer at Creech AFB, NV. In this role you will advise and assist the customer with operational test planning, execution, data analysis and reporting.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

Provide technical guidance, data analysis, reporting, and coordination assistance for all cyber requirements associated with the procurement, sustainment, modification, and performance of the MQ-9, MQ-9 subsystems, or other RPA programs.

Provide cyber technical support to analyze OT&E data, components, and test planning. Support shall include development of objectives, test matrices, measures of performance, measures of effectiveness, effectiveness criteria, and surveys.

Identify and resolve complex issues to prevent cyber attacks on information systems, perform functional mission analysis, and network characterization of weapons systems to identify key cyber dependencies related to RPA operations. Design, install, or manage security mechanisms that protect networks and information systems against hackers, breaches, viruses, and spyware.

Conduct operations in accordance with published or verified manuals, checklists, technical orders, AFIs and other approved documents as provided by the Government.

Ensure all test resources, data acquisition systems, instrumentation, hardware, and software components are adequately suited to meet test requirements. Facilitate receipt, transfer, and tracking of all unique test support equipment, hardware, and Government owned assets. Responsible for final disposition of equipment as directed by the Government.

Coordinate with external organizations to leverage cyber operations in test or exercise environments. Work closely with other teams and external organizations to assess risk, develop TTPs, and provide recommendations for improving security posture.

Requirements

Experience:

5 years prior test experience, preferably Operational Test

3 years defensive cyber operations (Mission defense team experience preferred)

Education/Certifications:

Security + and Cisco Certified Network Admin certifications

Security Clearance:

Active Secret Security Clearance to begin work

Capable of obtaining Top Secret with SCI eligibility
