The Role:

We are seeking an experienced Field Operations Support Lead to join our team. In this position, you will be responsible for:

Testing Darkhive hardware and software products.

Submitting bug reports / tickets to development teams.

Assisting in product documentation development.

Coordinating product demonstrations for end-users during exercises, expo's, and company events.

Assist in coordinating DoD exercise participation.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Program Management, and Business Development.

This role is on-site at our San Antonio HQ facility, no remote or hybrid opportunities for the position are available. Travel domestically and internationally up to 50% of the time is required.

Requirements

San Antonio Local OR willing to relocate

Part 107 Qualified

5+ years piloting drones

5+ years of experience in TAK family of systems

ATAK, WinTAK, TAK Server

5+ years of experience with Government / DoD

Excellent problem-solving abilities with ability to operate independently while improving current processes

Ability to travel up to 50%

Valid passport

Additional Preferred Experience

Network certification (within last 5 years)

Understanding of software development life cycle

Software Tool Experience – JIRA, Confluence, Git

Proficient in Linux

Experience in the robotics, aerospace, or defense industries

Active DoD Security Clearance

The salary range for this position is an estimate that considers various compensation factors. The actual salary offer may differ based on factors such as work experience, education, training, critical skills, and business needs.
