As a Seasonal Shipper, you’d receive advance notice of opportunities to pick up weekday shifts on a seasonal, part-time basis. Regular shifts fall weekdays from 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM. There could be slight time adjustments based on volume and work efficiencies.

As Seasonal Shipper, you’ll help us deliver a remarkable customer experience utilizing Fulfillment/Warehouse management tools.  To that end, you’ll:

Pull, pack, and ship orders for our ROAD iD and DOG iD eCommerce sites

Help keep our warehouse organized and running smoothly

Assist in making sure all mail is in designated areas and picked up before shift’s end

Requirements

WHO YOU ARE

You are self-motivated and self-directed. You’re someone others can rely on, with a passion for problem-solving and collaboration.   In addition, you have (and will be able to demonstrate) the following:

Basic knowledge of technical tools like Google Docs, email and Slack

The desire and ability to learn a variety of fulfillment processes

Shipping / Fulfillment experience is a plus

Ability to stand and sit for extended time periods

Able to lift over 25 pounds on occasion

Friendly and solution focused communication skills
