Work with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling to existing customers.

Provide information and assistance to customers about our products and services.

Process customer requests, changes, and cancellations with a focus on customer retention.

Maintain accurate and detailed customer records and interactions.

Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues or escalate as needed.

Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to effectively communicate with customers.

Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.

Requirements

Prior experience in a customer retention or customer service role, preferably in a sales.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.

Ability to build rapport and maintain customer relationships.

Understanding of sales and customer retention strategies.

Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and MS Office applications.

Knowledge of the energy industry is a plus.

Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Residence in or near the Cleveland, OH area.
