This is an independent contractor (1099) positions for a high-end residential and commercial General Contractor. After 3 months, there is the opportunity to convert to a W2 employee with benefits if interested.

We have tons of work to keep you busy year-round, and offer between $28 and $38 per hour to start, depending on experience.

Requirements

We are looking for handymen with a strong work ethic, a professional appearance and demeanor, and a good overall knowledge of all trades—from Carpentry, Tiling, Painting, and Drywalling to light Plumbing and Electrical.

Specific qualifications for the role include:

5+ years of professional carpentry experience

Experience with both residential and commercial remodeling

Ability to perform minor electrical and plumbing

Own standard set of tools

Own your own work truck
