Key Responsibilities:

Initiate contact with debtors and negotiate payment arrangements

Investigate and analyze creditworthiness of debtors

Monitor and track payment plans

Maintain accurate records of all collection activities

Resolve disputes and delinquencies

Prepare and present reports to management

Requirements

At least 3 years of collections experience preferred

Strong knowledge of debt collection regulations and practices

Excellent negotiation and communication skills

Ability to analyze credit information and make informed decisions

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

Proficiency in using collection management software

Ability to work independently and meet targets

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
