Purchasing aerospace electronics parts

Create bid-to-buy orders and price negotiation

Research, select, and purchase quality products and materials.

Purchase orders and requests for quotes (RFQ)

In-depth and intricate negotiation of various pricing on commodities assigned, deliveries, and lead times.

Review, analyze, process, and expedite MRP (Material Requisition Planning) daily.

Developing, updating, and maintaining defined inventory levels for purchased finished goods and assigned commodities. 

Support in setting up min/max kanban's on consumable inventory

Monitor supplier performance for quality, accuracy, and timeliness.

Manage lead time by getting supplier updates quarterly or as defined by management.

Implement newly sourced products and new suppliers to the portfolio.

Act as a liaison between the suppliers and internal departments for all purchasing duties.

Develop and support continuous improvement efforts within the department.
