Join MAXISIQ as a Senior Systems Analyst (Windows / Active Directory) and play a critical role in maintaining and optimizing high-performance IT infrastructure for a mission-critical project supporting the U.S. government. We are seeking an experienced professional with deep expertise in Windows domain environments, strong technical writing skills, and a proven ability to provide program support. Based in Quantico, Virginia, this full-time, on-site position plays a critical role to system design, optimization, and troubleshooting efforts, ensuring the reliability and security of vital systems. Key Responsibilities:
Analyze, design, and implement complex Windows-based systems and network solutions
Manage and optimize Windows domain environments, including Active Directory, Group Policy, and related services
Conduct thorough system analysis to identify areas for improvement and efficiency gains
Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including system specifications, user manuals, and standard operating procedures
Provide advanced technical support for Windows-based systems and applications
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of IT solutions with business objectives
Plan and execute system upgrades, migrations, and implementations
Monitor system performance and security, recommending and implementing enhancements as needed
Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge sharing within the IT department
Stay current with emerging technologies and industry best practices
