Job Description
As an HVAC Technician, you will:
Be responsible for all Kitchen and Main Facility equipment
Be responsible for the repair, replacement, and maintain various types of HVAC units within our property
Work and document a preventative maintenance program
Repack pumps and compressors, clean condensers, replace worn or defective parts
Change out air conditioning filters, discard the old ones, replace them with new filters, label new filters before installation
Maintain air handler closets regularly
Clean evaporator and condenser coils regularly
Leave the work area in a neat, clean condition
