Job Description
Renesas Electronics America (REA) is seeking an exceptional HR professional to join our Regional HR team responsible for supporting business leaders and employees across the US. In this role, you will enable business success and help to develop a world-class employee experience.
Responsibilities:
Understand the business unit-specific priorities, challenges, and goals across the US. Coordinate and align with HR Business Partners and Centers of Excellence (COE) teams on those priorities and solutions.
Partner with employees, business leaders, COE’s and HR Business Partners to provide high-quality, commercial advisory support on a broad range of employment topics.
Advise and guide business leaders, HR Business Partners and CoE’s on market requirements about matters involving individual employees and teams (e.g. performance management, restructuring, changes to terms and conditions, etc.)
Create training materials and facilitate manager training sessions on HR topics
Provide input to talent/retention/succession planning discussions to provide a local perspective.
Strong business acumen.
