Job Description

As the Change Management Director for Digital Transformation, you will help ensure projects (change projects) meet goals by increasing employee adoption and usage. You will focus on the people side of change – including changes to business processes and technology, job roles, and organization structures. 

Key Responsibilities: 

Develop and implement change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and minimize resistance. 

Work with cross-functional teams to understand the impact of digital transformation and develop appropriate engagement strategies. 

Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify partners. 

Support the design, development and delivery of communications regarding digital changes. 

Provide input, document requirements, and help design training programs. 

Collaborate with project teams to integrate change management activities into the project plan. 

Report issues related to change management efforts and brainstorm action plans to address them. 

Foster a culture of continuous improvement and progress, encouraging the use of new technologies and digital practices.
