Epsilon is seeking a Principal Human Resources (HR) Program Manager to support the Engineering and Delivery organization within Epsilon.  The Principal Program Manager will manage a variety of programs and project workstreams supporting a global organization of 2000 employees.  The Principal Program Manager will be responsible for turning strategy into action, creating efficiencies and improving processes, leading change management and using data to make informed decisions.

Work together win together: The HR Program Manager will report to the Director of Human Resources and will partner directly with the Vice President, Human Resources (VP of HR) supporting the Engineering and Delivery organization.  The HR Program Manager will also collaborate with leaders within the Engineering and Delivery organizations, as well as other cross functional partners within the HR organization (HR Coordinators, Generalists & Business Partners, Learning and Development, Compensation, Talent Acquisition).  This is a hybrid role based in our Chicago office.

Innovate with purpose:The HR Program Manager will lead and oversee HR Projects and Programs, critical initiatives such as system implementations, process improvements and employee engagement programs.

The HR Program Manager will serve as a key point of contact between the VP of HR and other departments, ensuring communication flows smoothly and that cross-functional projects are coordinated effectively.

You’ll use your HR experience to drive best practices, influence decisions through data, lead strategic initiatives, org restructuring, workforce planning and succession management while continuously learning about our business functions and culture.

What You’ll Achieve

Turn strategy into action: The HR Program Manager will take the VP of HR's strategic vision and translates it into actionable projects. This will include managing timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure that the strategic goals set by the VP are achieved effectively and efficiently.

Operational Efficiency & Streamlining of Processes: By optimizing HR processes and managing projects that improve HR operations, the HR Project Manager will enable the VP of HR to focus on high-level strategy rather than getting bogged down by day-to-day operational issues.

Data and Reporting / Providing Insights: The HR Program Manager will collect, analyze, and present data related to ongoing projects. This data will help the VP of HR make informed decisions, identify trends, and assess the effectiveness of HR initiatives, thereby facilitating strategic planning.

Change Management: Whether it's implementing a new HR software, restructuring teams, or rolling out new policies, the HR Program Manager will ensure that changes are smoothly integrated into the company. Effective change management will minimize disruptions and help employees adapt more quickly, ensuring business continuity.

Risk Management and Compliance: The HR Program Manager will help the VP of HR by ensuring that all HR projects comply with legal and regulatory requirements. This will reduce the risk of non-compliance and potential legal issues, allowing the VP to focus on strategic priorities rather than firefighting.

Project and Program Accountability and progress tracking: The HR Program Manager will track the progress of HR projects and programs, ensuring they stay on track and within scope. They will provide regular updates to the VP of HR, highlighting any issues or delays, which will allow the VP to intervene or adjust strategies as needed.

Who You Are

What you’ll bring with you:5 years of project/program management experience including experience in technology-focused companies

Ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously

Strong organizational and time management skills

Strong collaboration skills and ability to work cross-functionally within a global environment

Ability to present to various audiences, and influence with ideas

Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field

Moderate Excel skills as it relates to reporting and the use of data to inform decision making
