Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Event Marketing Project Manager to lead and manage marketing programs on behalf of our client, focusing on merchant and co-brand initiatives. This role is responsible for overseeing multiple projects, prioritizing work, managing stakeholders, and ensuring successful execution of marketing campaigns.

What You’ll Do:

Lead the implementation of marketing programs, managing day-to-day operations across multiple projects, including developing project plans, briefing agencies, managing third-party vendor relationships, overseeing creative development, and tracking project timelines and budgets.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to leverage resources and expertise, working with key stakeholders like Account Sales, Consulting & Analytics, Product Marketing, and Digital Media.

Manage internal processes to support marketing project implementation, including pipeline tracking, project pricing reviews, agency/client agreements, vendor invoicing, and project revenue recognition.

Support the business development team by participating in the ideation and execution of marketing programs, including market research, creative development, event execution, and sponsorship management.

Create and deliver engaging presentations tailored to client needs.
