Job Title: Account Manager/Senior Account Manager
Job Type: Permanent
Location: Trowbridge, UK Hybrid: 2-3 days in-office per week.
Salary: £30,000-£40,000 per annum

What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll manage website projects from start to finish, coordinating everything from the initial client brief to launch.
Build great relationships with a variety of clients, mainly small and medium-sized businesses. You’ll be their go-to person, making sure their needs are met, and projects run smoothly.
Work closely with our team of developers, copywriters, and SEO specialists to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
Beyond managing projects, you’ll help grow client accounts by spotting opportunities to offer extra services.
Stay on top of timelines, budgets, and deliverables, providing regular updates to clients and the team.
The Experience You’ll Need
You should have solid experience in both account and project management, ideally from a digital or marketing agency.
You’ll be juggling multiple projects at once, so experience managing a high volume of work at the same time is key.
It’s highly advantageous if you have experience managing web development projects, or have a good understanding of what’s involved.
