Position Description :

This position is based out of our Beavercreek, OH office, with travel and remote work options supporting out-of-area DoD, Federal Civilian, and commercial customers as required.

In this role, you will:
Provide multi-disciplinary support to government system acquisition program management offices and serve as an advisor to government personnel
Lead working groups and develop engineering solutions to major acquisition program issues.
Support planning, coordination, and execution of the flight test program at multiple test locations for a variety of DoD acquisition program offices
Work with senior government personnel on a regular basis, and will frequently be called on to provide briefings and lead large meetings
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role you will have:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering / computer science with 12+ years’ experience broad technical and managerial experience within DoD, including architecture development and analysis in support of Major acquisition programs
An active TS/SCI is required to be considered.
Experienced pilot, instructor, and test engineer
Provide expert guidance on performance, flying qualities, mission systems, and test management concepts
Oversee data analysis and technical evaluations, ensuring accurate and reliable results
Develop and implement risk management strategies to address potential issues in test execution
Drive innovation and improvement in test processes and methodologies, including the insertion of Digital Engineering methodologies
Self-motivated, detail oriented, responsible team player able to work independently with minimal daily direction
Strong written and verbal communications skills
Ability to travel up to 25%
Additional desired experience and skills:
Master’s Degree in related field
Providing flight test support to Service program offices and future Foreign Military Sales cases
Ability to manage and monitor multiple project activities throughout the flight test program and insert key aircrew knowledge to guide test and program activities
Experience capturing stakeholder needs/requirements
Prior Experience working with other DoD Stakeholders, OEMs and foreign countries
Broad experience with development, coordination and communication of system engineering strategies and recommendations with mid- and senior-level Service and OSD personnel
