Location: West Palm Beach, Florida

Kelley Kronenberg is seeking a First-Party Property Defense Litigation Attorney with 2+ years of experience for our West Palm Beach office. This role involves managing a high-volume caseload of complex litigation cases and providing strategic legal representation to clients in the first-party property defense space.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage first-party property defense cases from inception through resolution.

Draft and review pleadings, motions, and discovery.

Conduct depositions, attend court hearings, and participate in trials.

Negotiate settlements and engage in alternative dispute resolution.

Work closely with partners on case strategy and client communication.

Qualifications:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) and Florida Bar admission required.

2+ years of experience in litigation, preferably in first-party property defense.

Strong research, writing, and communication skills.

Ability to handle a high-volume caseload in a fast-paced environment.
