We are looking for fantastic retail sales associates to provide excellent customer service to our clients.

Sales Associate / Customer Service Representative Qualifications:
You MUST have 2+ years experience in a Retail and Sales environment
Extremely fast paced, Customer Service is #1 and is a non negotiable
Previous experience with Point of Sale Systems strongly preferred
Previous salon/spa experience preferred but not required
Critcal thinking skills are a MUST
High school diploma or equivalent
Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills
Track record in providing over-the-top, amazing customer service!
Ability to multitask with ease
Frequently required to stand and/or walk for duration of 6-8 hour long shifts
Has the technical ability and skills to operate a point of sale system
Problem solver – use logic and support resources to solve problems at the front desk
Maintains professional demeanor under pressure
Drybar follows all applicable federal, state and local laws regarding background checks
Qualifications:
2+ Years experience with Retail or Service related industryYou must have experience with the above or your resume will not be reviewed
Must work Fridays and Saturdays and alternate Sundays
You must be customer centric first
We are dealing with the public; this role requires for you to be outgoing and personable and focus to maintaing a high level of cusotmer experience
