Job Description:
Our BDR's work in the field at our partner retail locations, greeting and engaging with customers face-to-face while generating interest in scheduling service appointments for residential furnace and air-conditioning maintenance & replacement. We’re looking for motivated, sales driven & career-minded people to join our field team! Energetic, outgoing, tenacious people who enjoy working with the public and have a little competitive spirit tend to be very successful in this position!
What We Offer:
Base hourly rate $17/hour+ PLUS uncapped commission ~ earn on average $20-30/hour
Up to 4 weeks of PTO based on tenure
8 Paid Holidays

Responsibilities:
What Will I Do?
Greet customers in the store, encouraging them to stop and learn about the company’s products and services
Engage customers in conversation and schedule an appointment for one of our Comfort Advisors to come out and provide an estimate
Attend required meetings and trainings
Represent the company professionally, honestly, and ethically
Qualifications:
Do I Have What it Takes?
Must have reliable transportation and a smart phone (bring-your-own-device stipend offered)
Weekend availability required
Must be able to perform independently with minimal supervision
Must be at least 18 years of age
Bilingual speaking is a plus (but not required)
Physical Demands/Work Environment:
Standing/walking for sustained periods of time (in an air-conditioned building)
