Overview:

The Philadelphia, PA office, located near the King of Prussia mall, is seeking a paralegal with litigation experience. The primary duties of this position include working for a minimum of (4) attorneys, calendaring, document management including but not limited to review, creation, and organization. In addition, compiling information for discovery responses, interrogatories, pleadings, motions, depositions, and trial preparation are essential functions of this role. This position is on a hybrid schedule with three (3) days in office and two (2) days work from home. 

Lewis Brisbois offers legal practice in more than 40 specialties, and a multitude of sub-specialties. Our attorneys have broad knowledge, experience, and sensitivity to our clients’ unique needs. Through interaction among our practice groups, Lewis Brisbois provides a wide range of legal services to each client with a continuity of representation across multiple disciplines. We have built longstanding relationships with corporate and institutional clients based on our ability to provide comprehensive service on a national scale.

Responsibilities:

Job Specifications/Requirements: 

Bachelor’s degree or Paralegal Certificate. A certificate may be required based on region, state, or client requirements. 

At least three (3) years of litigation work experience

Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word)

Strong Excel skills required

Strong organizational, written & verbal communication skills

Ability to work under tight deadlines and prioritize responsibilities

Ability to work flexible and/or fluctuating work hours

This position has an annual billable requirement of 1,600 hours
