The Laboratory Operations Manager is responsible for the management and direction of the Laboratory in order to meet the mission, vision and values of the organization. Provides technical expertise to both laboratory and nursing personnel related to quality specimen collection practices. Responsible for Quality Assurance functions, including data collection, analysis and reporting. Ensures compliance with all regulatory and government agencies related to employment.

Education:

Bachelor’s Degree

Licensure/Certification/Registration:

State of Florida Clinical Laboratory Supervisor licensure required

Training: Clinical Laboratory Scientist (MT) required

 Experience Required: -

5 years of Clinical Laboratory including manager or supervisor experience
