Overview:

NaphCare is hiring Registered Nurse (RNs)-Baylor Shift just like you to join our team at the Washington County Jail located in Hillsboro, OR. Pay rates vary based on shift, site needs, and experience.  Shifts and hours vary based on coverage needs and can be discussed upon interview.  PRN shifts and hours vary based on coverage needs for FT shifts and will be determined by site leadership and prn employee availability.

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities for Registered Nurses (RNs):

Take and document all patient history and vital signs.

Perform and document all patient history and vital signs, mental health screenings and/or evaluations.

Respond to and initiate care for medical and mental health emergencies.

Assist with daily triage/sick call, minor medical/surgical procedures, patient assessments, examinations and/or treatment.

Initiate and document prescribed protocol agreement.

Respond to and initiate care for medical emergencies within the facility.

Observe and evaluate the performance of the licensed practical/vocational nursing staff.

Qualifications:

Qualifications for Registered Nurses (RNs):

Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse license in OR

Valid CPR card

Position may require he/she to stand or walk for long periods of time while performing duties
