In this role, you will play a critical role for the company and will work alongside other professionals within the team and other departments. This position is an administrative position that provides clerical and administrative support to the vehicle service operations. The position works closely with the Vehicle Management Officer performing routine daily tasks and administrative functions as assigned.

Responsibilities:
Below is an overview of the duties and responsibilities you would take on in this role:
Prepare temp tags
Sign out buses
Update the movement of units in S2K – sublet
Update daily log of bus movement on the “O” Drive
Maintain lot map
Build folders for Inventory
Take photos of buses when assigned by the Marketing Department
Review production schedule to recognize any issues with dates for customers
Prepare weekly shop shipped reports
Prepare release forms for transfers
Scan in Inspection Sheets for all units into S2K
Correspond by email to sales rep and/or customer as assigned
View and prep the RO’s for closing and cash out
Review the RO’s for errors and doc’s prior to close
Prepare completion notices for each closing
Update GAS Sheet with New Units that have arrived
Add the check in dates to the RO’s
Print up packets for the GAS and CNG as needed
Assist Service Writer as Necessary
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Minimum Job Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent and two years general office experience
Willingness and ability to work as a team player
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Good Organizational skills
General knowledge of office practices and procedures
Self-starter, highly motivated and exhibits great initiative
Computer skills (Word, Excel)
Good typing skills
Physical Requirements
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
Must be able to lift a minimum of 15 pounds
Must have good manual dexterity

$15-$20/hr
