Opportunity Snapshot:

Compensation: $30-33/hour

Location: Houston, TX

Assignment Duration: 12 months+

Work Schedule:M-F / 40 hours

Responsibilities:

Support AFE preparation, entry, approval tracking, and supplement requirements

Assist with the evaluation of cost reports to establish unit pricing needed to prepare future project estimates and budget forecasts

Coordination of accrual updates with input from engineers, construction, cost control and planning personnel

Assist with schedule updates using input from engineers and construction personnel

Assist with Design Basis Memorandum (DBM) and Project Execution Plan (PEP) preparations / revisions

Work with engineers and supply chain personnel to ensure construction personnel have the required Purchase Orders (PO) to track deliveries

Assist with document management to ensure critical project construction and close-out information is stored and accessible to engineers, construction members and operations

Assist with review and entry of construction daily reports to track progress, manhours and cost related Key Performance Indicators (KPI)

Maintain construction and project workload schedules for the group

Review invoices, update AFE/GL coding and route for approval

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in applicable technical field

8+ years of industry related technical support experience required

Must be proficient in computer skills including MS TEAMS, Excel, Word, Outlook, Ariba, SAP, Spotfire, and DataNow

Excellent written and verbal communication and grammar skills

Team focused, service oriented, and values driven

Strong character, including the highest levels of honesty, integrity, ethics, professionalism, trust, respect, and loyalty

The energy and ability to work collaboratively across the entire organization

The agility and flexibility to work in a fast-paced company culture
