Overview:

As a Health Management Representative, you will provide support for KeenanWell client consulting services by assisting the department with the development and coordinator of wellness program initiatives for Keenan and AssuredPartners clients.

Keenan, an Accretive company, is an insurance brokerage and consulting firm meeting the insurance needs of hospitals, public entities and California school districts. Keenan specializes in providing consulting services in the areas of: employee benefits, workers' compensation, loss control, financial, and property & liability.

What You'll Do:

Assist the Vice President of Health Management and the KeenanWell Health Management consulting team with the development and coordination of wellness program initiatives for Keenan and AssuredPartners clients.

Assist with collection, tracking, reporting and evaluation of health management program data from clients, vendors, and carriers.

Prepare program-related billing and facilitate payments.

Prepare communication materials and presentations.

Assist with coordinating health management services provided by healthcare carriers and third-party vendors.

Assist with periodically reviewing and updating KeenanWell Employee Health Management resources and materials.

Attend and participate in client meetings as appropriate.

Occasional travel to clients required.

All other duties as assigned.

What You'll Need:

Minimum one (1) year experience with providing support for health/wellness program clients.

Must be self-directed, able to multi-task and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.

Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills and presentation skills.

Bachelor’s degree in a health-related discipline is preferred.

Strong attention to detail.

Compensation:

The target salary range for this position is $60,000.00 to $66,560.00 (US Dollar) annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant’s geographic location. Hybrid work environment flexibility. This position will require the candidate to be in the office up to three (3) days per week and will require occasional travel to client meetings and/or industry events.
