Working closely with the Executive Director of the McCall Foundation, the Development Manager will lead and support the efforts of identifying and cultivating donor relationships, utilizing core fundraising strategies to connect donors with St. Luke's Health System's mission to improve the health of people in communities we serve.

What You Can Expect:

Manage the activities of development programs as part of the Foundation's core fundraising strategies of Annual Giving, Major Giving, Planned Giving, Philanthropy Services, Donor Relations, etc.

Promotes and raises awareness with key stakeholders or other internal and external audiences.

Generate reports, program benchmarks, analysis of special appeals and campaigns, or other summaries and present to key stakeholders or other internal and external audiences as needed.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or experience in lieu of degree

5 years' relevant experience
