Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the end-to-end procurement process for multiple departments, including Hospitality and Property Maintenance.

Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with business objectives and cost-saving targets.

Conduct thorough market research and supplier analysis to identify potential cost-saving opportunities.

Negotiate and finalize contracts with suppliers to achieve optimal terms and conditions.

Monitor supplier performance and maintain strong relationships to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.

Ensure compliance with procurement policies, procedures, and regulations.

Analyze procurement data to identify trends, measure performance, and drive process improvements.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand procurement requirements and provide strategic guidance.

Qualifications:

Master's degree in Business, Finance, or Supply Chain Management.

Minimum 10 years of experience in procurement, preferably in a multinational company.

Proven track record in negotiating complex contracts and managing supplier relationships.

Strong analytical skills and ability to leverage data for decision-making.

Proficiency in procurement systems and tools (e.g., SAP).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Fluency in English with other local language.

CIPS, CPM, or similar certifications preferred.
