My client are a leading, specialist interiors sub-contractor providing expertise across all aspects of dry lining, plastering, partitioning, ceilings, steel framing systems, fire protection services, and rendering.
They have worked alongside a number of leading main contractors and developers, gaining an excellent reputation for delivering high quality projects.
Due to sustained growth and increased workload, they are seeking an Estimator to join their team and work on projects across the North West and surrounding areas.
As the Estimator, your duties and responsibilities will include:
Responsible for the production of tenders, budget estimates and cost plans.
Review of bid documents, drawings, specifications, and other reports applying a good understanding of all components of a tender submission.
Identify any financial, design, production, and contractual risks/opportunities.
Measure quantities and produce Bills of Quantities and/or oversee their production by others.
