An excellent opportunity has arisen to work for our established client in Theale as a Procurement Administrator.

22 days holiday + bank holidays, increasing to 27 days.
3% employer contribution, increasing to 5% after 3 years.

Managing the supplier data
Managing the new supplier's inbox and supplier database
Resolving supplier queries, purchase order and invoice queries.
Raising purchase orders
Working closely with other departments to match invoices and PO's to reports and process approvals for payments.
Supporting with incoming calls and any other administrative tasks.The successful Procurement Administrator will have the following related skills / experience:

Strong attention to detail
Intermediate / advanced Excel, confident around spreadsheet creation and manipulation of data.
