Adept have been retained by a well-established British manufacturer based in Sheffield, specialising in providing innovative and quality solutions in the healthcare sector globally. Their expanding portfolio includes 3D printed custom solutions with personalised support for professionals, and we have recently launched new primary and complex implants.

Role Description
As our international markets continue to expand, our client is seeking a driven sales professional to help maintain the high standards of service and capitalise on the momentum they have gained by identifying and opening new markets. This is a full-time position for an International Sales Executive located in Sheffield.

Responsibilities include:

Developing and implementing sales plans aligned with the strategic international business plan.
Achieving sales targets within your area of influence.
Identifying new business opportunities.
Understanding and fulfilling client requirements, including training delivery.
Assisting the Regulatory team with product registration in target markets.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing customers.
Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including NPD, Marketing, Customer Service, and Finance.
Providing regular reports and updates on performance, market trends, and competitive activities.
Qualifications

Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Health Sciences
Full clean driving license.
Relevant clearances (company sponsored)
Proven track record in international sales (opening markets/expanding market share) within healthcare/medical devices (minimum 2 years)
Fluency in English plus one or more additional languages (Spanish, French, German, Italian preferred)
Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey technical aspects to diverse audiences.
Willingness to travel internationally, 50% of the time.
