On behalf of my client, I am currently recruiting for an Administrator to be an integral member of their team on a temporary basis, with the potential to be a permanent member of the team.
Your job role will consist of, but not be limited to:
*Ensure compliance with statutory and company procedures, maintain up to date knowledge of H/S and Environmental regulations.
*Compliant with all safety related policies and procedures
*Completes Point of work Risk Assessment
*Ensures full training has been received for each aspect of the job
*Work with appropriate line supervisors to ensure tasks are planned and delivered to client specification and agreed service requirements.
*Complete relevant paperwork
*Provide out of hours cover where required
Candidate Specification:
* Great communicator that is able to provide professional and a high quality service to the client
* Ideally as a candidate you will have an understanding of fundamental HR practices and procedures
*Ability to use Word, Excel and Outlook
*Monitor holiday and sickness
*Assist with Help desk, reception and post
*Able to minute meetings
*ONC or equivalent in business/administration (Desirable)
*NVQ II in Business Administration (Desirable)
Additional information:
CTC Clearance will be undertaken for selected candidates
Onsite canteen
Free onsite parking

Overtime potential
