DCT Recruitment is currently seeking an Administration to join our client based in Deeside.
Working: Monday -Friday
08:30-16:00
CSCS card is required.
• Perform administrative tasks, including data entry, be the point of contact for all MEW’s and the MEWP Registry, ensuring all documents are saved in timely manner, highlighting any problems to the Office Manager.
• Daily Report
• Time Moto Clocking in System – adding people and cock ins/out
• Sending out reports weekly
• Monitor Time MOTO performance to ensure that contractors resources are being used efficiently.
• Bookings for Inductions/Site Visitors - ensuring documents are saved and adhere to WB compliance and regulatory requirements for site.
• Assist the Office Manager with any tasks she may have and work closely with other members of the team and management.
• Petty Cash Register –handling money updating spreadsheet
• Answer emails- keep tidy folders in the so older emails can be found.
• Excel/Outlook experience required and used to working in a fast-paced office.
• Using mobiles – Poor reception for site so use What’s App.
• Taking notes at daily meeting
• This role will require you to manage/handle sensitive information – thus will need to use discretion.
• Able to work on their own initiative is essential cover shifts if other member of staff are off is a must
