The opportunity
Due to increased project expansion, our client are actively seeking an experienced Site Quantity Surveyor to provide estimating and subcontract support.
Your duties and responsibilities will be
As a Site Quantity Surveyor, you will clear backlog of Measures (convert to invoice).
Gather documents from internal stakeholder (missing items).
Compile final measure package and submit to Customer.
Respond to and resolve queries received from Customer.
Convert final valuation to invoice.
Subcontract Management (i.e. PWHT).
Prepare document packages and issue to Subcontractor for pricing.
Prepare budget, issue to Customer and obtain approval.
Issue instruction to Subcontractors.
Ensure robust Change management throughout execution phase, raise TQ’s as necessary.
Expedite receipt of final measures and QA documents.
Compile final measure package and submit to Customer.
Respond to and resolve queries received from Customer.
Convert final valuation to invoice.You will have the following qualifications & experience
Either engineering or commercial qualification.
Degree (Engineering, Quantity Surveying, IT, or equivalent).
Experience in a highly regulated environment.Onsite 3 days a week, the other 2 working from home
