Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and present dishes to a Michelin starred standard
Assist the Head Chef and Sous Chef in managing your section efficiently.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen, adhering to food safety standards.
Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service during high-pressure periods.
Contribute to menu development and food innovation, staying ahead of culinary trends.
Oversee the training and development of junior team members within your section.Requirements:

Experience working in a [Michelin-starred/Rosette-awarded] establishment or high-end restaurant.
Proven ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure kitchen environment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering exceptional dishes.
A team player with excellent communication skills and the ability to lead when necessary.
Passionate about using seasonal, high-quality ingredients to create innovative dishes.
Relevant culinary qualifications and food safety certifications.What they Offer:
