Mechanical & Electrical Project Manager
Location: London and M25 Surrounding Areas
Salary: Up to £75,000 + Car Allowance + Training + Hybrid Working
Hours: Monday - Friday, 08:00 - 17:00

The Role:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Mechanical & Electrical Project Manager to oversee MEPH projects with values up to £8 million. This is a site-based role, covering projects in London and the surrounding areas of the M25.
The ideal candidate will have a solid background in the mechanical and electrical sectors, with proven experience in project management, supervision, and coordination. Strong MS Word, Excel, and Outlook skills are required.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage MEPH contracts from planning to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget
* Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources, providing leadership and direction to the team
* Collaborate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes
* Review designs, drawings, and specifications to develop detailed project plans
* Conduct site visits to assess requirements and provide technical support as needed
* Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and resources
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, and industry regulations throughout the project lifecycle
* Assist with financial management, procurement, and costings
* Prepare method statements and risk assessments
* Manage project planning and scheduling using ProCore software (training provided)
