Faculty Admin - Starting immediately.

We are currently looking for a Faculty Admin to help support one of our clients based in Abingdon, Oxford on an on-going temporary basis.

Monitor faculty email inboxes for questions and enquiries

Support through the admissions and onboarding process.

Support the work of the wider faculty to ensure efficient running of day-to-day operations

To be able to work Flexible

Provide administrative support to the faculty managers

Categorise mail and telephone calls and other communication

Working hours: Monday-Friday, 9:00am-17:00pm.

Pay Rate: £12.85p/h, Weekly paid.
