FT Recruitment are looking for an Import Operations Coordinator to join our clients growing team.
This is an office based role. Monday to Friday 9am-5:15pm in office- 1 hr unpaid break.
Job Duties:
* Providing quotations
* Take bookings and process the required documentation onto the system
* Arranging for freight to be moved from port to port, door to door or both
* Dealing with ocean carriers
* Liase with rail and road haulage companies, overseas agents and warehouses
* Finalise files and profits
* Passing of invoices for payment
* Dealing with both incoming calls and emails
* Solving customer queries
* Any other duties required to maintain the smooth running of the office
