About the role of Quantity Surveyor:

An experienced Quantity Surveyor/Project Surveyor needed to join the recently established London office. London branch was established 18 months ago, and projects are all valued between £1 million and £20 million. All sites are in central London with a few in the surrounding counties and every project is either CAT A, CAT B or full refurbishment and fit-out.

Responsibilities for Quantity Surveyor:

Working from tender process, to delivering the site and working through to completion and final accounts.
Procurement across all sub-contracting accounts.
Pricing, and managing change and variations.
Monitoring costs against tender allowances.
Site meetings.Requirements for Quantity Surveyor:

2+ years' experience on fit-out and refurbishment sites or a background with a fit-out contractor.
Based closely or easy commute to Central London.
Great communication skills.
